Overview
Located in The Marais Section (farthest east-northeastern sections of the Seine River) of Paris, Opéra de Paris Bastille officially opened in 1989. All 2,700 seats have a good view of the stage but acoustics for music appreciation are not the best. Featured productions are classic and modern opera but the interpretations may be different than the accustomed making use of the modern technology incorporated in this high-tech facility..
