The creative mind behind the color and the cross-genderism is Michou, a veteran impresario with a bevy of 20 or so cross-dressing bells lip-synching in costumes paying tribute to American and French female entertainers. If you don’t want dinner, you will pay a stiff fee for a drink and must sit at the bar.
