Overview
The oldest music hall in Paris and most probably the most famous in the world, Folies-Bergères is known for its lively entertainment. The permissive skin-and-glitter revues of 1886 ended with the radical restoration and reopening under new management in l993. The 1,600-seat theater features musical reviews with nostalgia for old Paris. Songs and acts are interspersed with banter from the MC. A restaurant serves dinner in a nearby room.
