Overview
On the eastern edge of Marais Quarter Le Web Bar occupies a three-story building where people can socialize or work with silent computer partners miles away. Restaurant is on street level; second floor houses at least 25 free computers and the third floor is used as an art gallery. There is daily entertainment and food.
