Overview
L’etablissement Poilâne has been producing amazing whole-wheat bread since 1932. The bread is known throughout Paris for both its hartiness and its aesthetidc excellence, with loaves decorated in ornate leaves and flowers. There are long lines of patrons on the weekend, usually around 4pm, when the bread comes out of the oven--nothing like it!
